With the ‘professional client', everything is fully synchronised with your email server, whether you use MS Exchange, Domino, GroupWise, POP3 or XML. It allows users to access their email , contacts, calendar, notes and task lists on their standard mobile phone. They can download attachments, set up meetings and manage sub-folders. All work they do remotely, including drafts, deletions and attachments, is stored on the server.
The ‘base client' allows users to read, delete and compose emails on their mobile phone. It is licensed on an unlimited basis with each Nokia Intellisync server.
